The 2-hour comprehensive Supporting Mental Health and Wellbeing course will be delivered online by an expert. The highly practical, discussion-based live session will be delivered in a tailored way, with our trainer getting to know your challenges. The course will provide managers and employees with policies and techniques to put into place to help harness employees' engagement, team collaboration, support with stress and mental health, to enhance wellbeing and productivity. The Covid-19 crisis has forced the majority of organisations to enable their employees to work from home. Many are now moving into a hybrid working model. Working from home comes with both advantages and drawbacks, with each individual likely to respond differently. This practical course will focus on how to support remote workers, focussing on the best practice to ensure their wellbeing.
The course will also explore how remote working practices may become more of the norm, post the pandemic crisis, and how you can support and create nurturing work cultures.

Former resident life and wellbeing coach and contributing writer for NHS online Elaine Gleeson has featured and contributed to a variety of publications including Reveal Magazine, Public Sector.net, Health Sector.net, and interviewed Hayes FM, Dream Corner & Kline Online in the US.
Elaine participated in a major EU Educational project to encourage young entrepreneurs, training teachers from 20 EU member countries on right-brain business planning techniques.
Elaine is a qualified personal and business coach and NLP practitioner. She is also a certified facilitator of TetraMap, a revolutionary personality assessment tool used by companies such as Elizabeth Arden and O2 Telefonica to improve performance by helping individuals better understand themselves and how to work more effectively with others.
