Olga is the Director and Founder of Private Goodness, a London-based Corporate Responsibility consultancy. In 2019 Private Goodness won an international CSR Excellence Award.
She has trained companies across multiple sectors including law, finance, recruitment, and finance. She has worked for a number of regional and national NGOs and managed corporate responsibility partnerships with over a hundred organisations. Olga regularly speaks about CSR and access to justice, most notably at the House of Lords and the Royal Courts of Justice. With two Law degrees and a focus on business and human rights, she won the 'Top Student' Award for Business, Human Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility on her Masters course.
She is passionate about inclusion, corporate volunteering, and the power of everyone to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. Olga has an engaging and energetic style of delivery and her passion for CSR shines trough during her training sessions.
