The purpose of the Executive Management and Leadership course is to give mid and experienced level managers and team leaders an updated overview of current modern management and leadership techniques, in how to effectively and efficiently manage teams.

This practical and highly stimulating management and leadership course has been created for managers who want to succeed  and be more effective in their role. The delivery is very practical and relies on the trainer’s first-hand experience of real examples situations and focuses on best practice.

Delegates are encouraged to engage in discussions and participate in activities. They will learn to apply solutions to real life issues that they face within their working lives.
