The Crisis Management course has been developed to give organisations an overview of all the fundamental aspects of crisis management to mitigate the uncertainty and consequences on your business, during, and post the Covid-19 crisis. 

Focus is on best practice and evidence-based approaches that will help organisations prepare, respond, and recover from crisis situations. The course is highly practical and recognises a post-pandemic world.  We will explore how crisis management is adapting to handling complex, highly interdependent, and uncertain environments.  

The Risk Management course explores decision-making, crisis leadership, reputation management, resilience, message framing, and crisis communication strategies to stabilise and restore the organisational status quo. 

Managers and leaders, irrespective of experience, will be supported with practical value, as up-to-date examples of best practice and insight into how to develop the right culture and preparedness for a crisis.

Assessment

The final Diploma award will be based on the following:

  • Critical Thinking Exercises set and completed during the training - a series of practical exercises are set for each session for the delegates to work on during their training. This is an effective way to try out what you have been learning and gain insight and feedback, as you progress with each session during the course.
