We are located in the easy to access area of Kensington and Notting Hill Gate. We are surrounded by beautiful parks and very accessible paths and roads. We ask If you live or are staying close enough to our training centre that you walk or bike. There are Santander stations around 5 minutes from our front door and our area has bike stations for locking up cycles.
Before you join us in the centre, we'll give you a quick temperature check with a contactless temp gun and ask you to use hand sanitizer and thoroughly wash your hands at in one of our restrooms. We check temperatures to ensure everyone's safety and we will adhere to Government guidelines in the event that the temperature records above normal reading.
Hand washing regularly when you are in the centre is a really important part of your visit, it keeps us all safe. Avoiding any transmission to learners and staff is our prime concern. There are signs in all the obvious places to remind you to do it.
Thanks for cooperating with this us on this point, it's key for everyone's safety and gives peace of mind to those in the centre.
One metre plus social distancing will be observed at all times in our comfortable classrooms. We will limit number of participants at all time to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. All common areas of the centre will be clearly marked to ensure a safe distance is kept between learners and employees.
We ask all learners to bring their own mask and to wear it whilst training. If you'd prefer to also use a sanitised visor in addition, these are available to use during your time at the centre. Visors will be safely collected at departure.
Our washrooms are well stocked with everything you'll need to keep yourself clean and COVID secure.
We'll have sanitising stations set up outside the training rooms too, so if you want to give your workstation or equipment a clean during the day, you'll have all the equipment you'll need to hand to give you peace of mind.
We'll take your name, home address, telephone number and email when you visit us.
The NHS are the only people we would share your information with - and only in the event of an outbreak associated with one of our visitors.
Taking your details means if there ever is a situation where you need to isolate, you can easily be contacted by the NHS.
Feedback from past delegates has always mentioned the clean and tidy nature of our training centre. We have, however, committed to increasing the frequency of visits from our cleaning partners to ensure those standards are now surpassed.
We'll pay particular attention to shared resources such as seats, desks and workstations and make sure that all communal areas are hygienic, for your safety.
As always, we provide individual lunch portions from our same amazing supplier which are served in fully compostable, non-plastic packaging. All dietary requirements are catered for in our pre training questionnaire form. Unless someone has specific dietary requirements, in order to minimise risk, we ask that you do not bring in food and refreshments, from other suppliers.
We ask that you bring in your own water bottle. Water can be re-filled on site.
